By accessing or using Paper Hearts ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Paper Hearts is a mobile application that allows users to send daily love notes to their significant others. The service includes the ability to create, customize, and schedule delivery of digital love notes.

3. Subscription and Payments

Paper Hearts offers a subscription service at $19.99 per year. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create within the App, including love notes, photos, and messages. By using the App, you grant Paper Hearts a non-exclusive license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Send harassing, threatening, or abusive content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others
  • Distribute spam or malicious content

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paper Hearts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
